The Detail Drilldown tab allows you to view the information for each individual spot that makes up the figure you have chosen to drill down on.
The exact fields shown in Detail Drilldown will differ depending on:
- The media type displayed (each media type usually contain different fields of information)
- The data available in your country and/or
- your data entitlements.
Viewing different Media Types in Detail Drilldown
As each media type usually contains different fields of information, if you drill down on a figure that includes more than one media type, you will only be able to view the spots one media at a time.
For example - if the figure you drilled down on contains spots from television and magazines - you will have a drilldown grid for Television and another for newspapers.
To move between the grids you will need to click on the media type required from the list in Options button in the slider bar. The one on screen will have the black spot beside it. See image below for an example.
Acronyms in the Detail Drilldown:
PIB - Position In Break
NIB - Number In Break
BIP - Break in Program
NCB - Non-Commercial Before
NCA - Non-Commercial After
Non-Commercial Codes:
P - Promo
F - Filler
N - News Break
W - Weather Update
S - Station ID
U - Unknown
CSA - Community Service Announcement
Once in a detail drilldown - there are a number of functions you can perform
When you enter the detailed drilldown tab a solid black triangle in the column header indicates which column/s the data is sorted by. You can sort a column in ascending or descending order and you can also do a mutli-column sort. For more information please see Sorting in Detail Drilldown

TIP: The spots shown in the Detail Drilldown tab will be the ones utilised by the R&F tab. You can narrow down the spots used at R&F by either highlighting the spots required with your mouse or using the Sort &/or Filter options to specify the spots required. |
