Glossary Item Box

There are a number of report options that are available to help create more specific report formats or to investigate the information in more detail.

Some options can be set up as part of the report layout before a report is processed or created once the report is processed. Others can only be used once the report is processed.

Options that can be set up either before or after a report is processed include:

  • How to Rank within a Report - The report information can be ranked in a number of ways to make the information more readable and/or pertinent. There is even a Top x Item rank which filters your selection down to a user specified number of items to rank.
  • How to add Percentages - Allows users to see the figures in the report converted into percentages.
  • How to add Calculated Columns/Rows - a very flexible calculated columns area allows for a number of calculations to be performed and shown in the report saving time running the same calculations in other pieces of software later on.

     

    Options that can only be utilised once a report is processed include:

    • How to Drilldown - Drilldown allows you to focus on any figure/s in the report to see the spot level information that makes up that figure in more detail. The drilldown area includes a tab for Detail, Summary, Analysis and in some cases a Reach & Frequency drilldown.
    • How to Print/Export - once any or all of the above have been performed the information can be printed and/or exported. There are a number of export formats available.
