Under the Export button there are Advanced Options. These options are items that can be set and will apply across the Export selection you want to make.
The options are outlined below
This is checked on by default. Keep this option ticked on if you would like your file to open in the program selected once exported.
Example: if you have asked to export to Excel, once the information is exported, Excel will open and display the exported file for you.
Uncheck this option if you would like to export to the specified location without opening in the program selected.
Create pivot table (Excel only)
Check this option on if you want to export the information in your detailed drilldown to a pivot table in MS Excel.

Print with Column 'Short Names'
Check this option on if your report is using Long Names but you would like the Short Name to appear in the print out.
Example: your report says Television but you would like to see the short name TV in the print out.

Check this on if you want to see the name of each level in every row it relates to in your export rather than a merged cell for each level. (i.e. any merged cells will be unmerged at export time)
Example:
When Export without cell merge is checked on:

This is checked on by default.
Uncheck if you do not want the Date/Time to be included on your print out.
This is checked on by default.
Uncheck if you don't want the settings for the report you are printing to be included as a separate page.

Uncheck if you don't want the settings for the report you are exporting to be included as a separate page.
