You can filter any column of data in Detail drilldown to suit your needs. More than one column can be filtered at the same time for multi column filter.
At the right hand side of each column header you will notice a grey arrow pointing down. Clicking on this grey arrow will open up the filter information for that field. This information and the manner in which you select items within it will differ for each field and from country to country.
Once you have made your choice of filter/s - this information will be displayed in the Grey box above the grid and the arrow will turn orange to indicate this is the column/s the report is filtered by.

TIP: As the information shown in the Detail drilldown are the items processed in the R&F drilldown - the filter options can be very useful for narrowing down the information you want to run a Reach & Frequency on. Or it may be that you need to narrow the information down for Printing or Exporting. |
Selecting items in the filter fields
There are 2 main methods for making a selection. Which method used for each field differs depending on your country's data.
- Range selection - where you select the items using a range.
The method of selection can vary here slightly - for instance you can use arrows to move the value up & down - OR - utilise a calendar - OR- you can type your selection by over typing the existing range AND THEN click anywhere in the grid to make the selection.
At the bottom of each Range box there will also be an option to Select All. In the case of Position in Break (PIB) there will also be the choice to select First in Break and/or last in Break.
For example: Date uses a From and To range that when you click on the down arrow opens up a calendar - List selection - where you select the item/s required from a list by checking them on or off and then click anywhere in the grid to make the selection.
To quickly select just a few items - check off the ALL option at the top, then check on the items you require.
List selections also have a Search function available at the bottom where you can type in what you are looking for and hit the Go button which will narrow down your list of items. To go back to your full list of items - delete whatever is in your search field so that it is empty and click on the Go button.
For example: Day lists each day of the week.
