If your AQX access ratings information - then you will also be able to utilise the R&F (reach and Frequency) drilldown.
How do I know if I have access to Ratings information?
There are a couple of ways to know if you have access to ratings information. If you do, you will see:
- A Demo tab in the AQX selection tabs so that you can specific the demographics you wish to investigate
- At the drilldown tabs you will have an R&F tab after the Analysis tab.
However - even if you see the Demo tab and the R&F window - you may not have access to ratings information for all media types. Please refer to your data provider for more information on whether you have ratings information or not included in your data - and if so - for what media types.
How the R&F drilldown tab works.
If you have access to ratings information then the R&F tab will appear to the right of the Analysis tab. When you click on the R&F tab (you may have to click on Details first to pull up the spots and then click on the R&F tab) the reach and frequency analysis will process and the results will appear as below.
Which spots are processed in the R&F?
What is processed in the R&F analysis will depend on what you have done in the Detailed Drilldown That is:
- If you have not highlighted or filtered down any spots in the detail drilldown tab and click on the R&F tab - it will run a reach and frequency analysis of ALL spots in the detail drilldown tab.
- If you have highlighted specific spots or filtered the spots down using the column filters - then when you click on the R&F tab - it will process a reach and frequency of those spots only. To highlight spots - hold down either your Shift or Ctrl key and use your mouse to select spots. To filter spots to specific media, dates, times etc, see Filtering Spots in Detail Drilldown for more information.

NOTE: If you click on the R&F tab and you have not selected a demo as part of your report selections - a dialog box will appear as below: You will need to select a demo to complete the Reach and Frequency request. Thus:
