If you have run a Reach & Frequency (R&F) drilldown, the Print and Export options are slightly different to the normal Print/Export options outlined in How To Print/Export as you are utilising a different area of AQX to obtain these results.
Printing/Exporting in the R&F Window
You can access the Print or Export area for these results using either of the 2 options below - it will result in the same output:
- Click on either the Print or Export button at the bottom right of the R&F screen,
-OR-
- Click on the Export button in the toolbar and selecting Print or Export from the list.
Once you've selected Print or Export using either method above - the next steps are:
For PRINTIf you click on Print - an Export Options dialog will pop up. Here you need to:
- Add a Title & or Sub-title (if required - not essential)
- Check on/off the export options at What to Export that you need
- Click OK
- This will open your normal Print dialog. Make your print selections
- Click OK

If you want to preview your print out - click on the Preview button at step 2 above. |
If you click on Export - an Export Options dialog will pop up. Here you need to
- Add a Title & or Sub-title (if required - not essential)
- Check on/off the export options at What to Export that you need
- Click OK
- A Save As dialog will appear - find a location to export to
- At File Name give the export a file name
- Select from Save as Type the export format required (.html, .xls & .csv.)
- Click Save.
