When designing the layout of the grid in the Report Tab - you can view the information in the rows three ways Tree View, Grid View (Merged) and Grid View (Un-Merged). An example of each is shown below.

How to switch between Layout Views:
- Right click anywhere over the rows
- From the menu select the view required as shown below:
