The Data types tas is where you select the audience measurement you want to analyse in your report.  When this tab is left blank eTAM XTC will run with the default of Projections.  The screen constists of the common elements such as the file and asset manager, selection screens and selected pane.  Unlike the other selection tabs, the selected pane consists of Report, Total, Grand Total and Program Meta sections.

When data types are selected, the selected panel will display the items under the Report, totals and Gran Total sections.  Users can then modify where each data type should be displayed.  The the example below, Projection and Program Name will be displayed in the report grid, however for the Totals (Summary_ and Grant Total (Grand Summary) projection and cume reach will be displayed.

The Program Meta Section in the seleted panel behaves differently to the Report, Total and Grand Totals sections.  Program meta is utilized to build a different style of report, specifically a program grid format, data type items must be dragged into the Program Meta section.  For more details on how to utilize the prgram meta please see Program Grid Reports
