How to Create a new batch

  1. Click on the batch button in the Main Toolbar
  2. Click on the Batch eTAM Reports - this will open the batch workspace in front of the report tab
  3. Click on the Report tab - this will ONLY show saved reports in the File and Asset Manager.
  4. Drag the saved report/s into the Batch Grid.  Anything saved in the report will be displayed as a "tick" or the file name (e.g latest day)
  5. If necessary  - drag any saved items from the other selection tabs (Period, Media etc.) into the same line as the reports or to apply the selection to the entire batch - drag the item to the column header.
  6. Select the output options by ticking the output box - multiple outputs can be selected for each report.
  7. Once all the report selections are made - set up the output details in the Output Export path window. Each selection made in step 6 needs to be set-up. Leaving the <default> path will save your report within the Landsberry and James directory.
  8. Save the batch file using the Save button.  The batch file will be saved in the Batch Tab in the user level of the file and asset manager.
