What is User Files in Layout Assets?
Any saved selection in Dictionary, Media or Period can be moved into a report as a 'layout asset'. These saved selections can be found under the User Files Asset in the Layout Asset tree.
The User Files is split into four folders. One for:
- Supplier - for any saved selections from the Supplier
- Site - for any saved selections made by your site supervisors for all at your site to access.
- User - for any of your own saved selections
- Other User - for any saved selections from other users at your site.
Saved Selections can be click and dragged into a report the same as any other asset in the Layout Asset Tree.
