What is 'As Selected' in the Layout Assets?
For the Dictionary, Media and Period headers in Layout Assets there is an additional element called 'As Selected'. When this element is dragged into a report it will display the information exactly as selected at the Dictionary, Media or Period tab.
This element can be used in conjunction with other elements if required.
For example - if your Dictionary selections lists 5 specific advertisers - if you drag 'As Selected' into the report - it will list these items in the exact same manner as they were selected at the Dictionary Tab. However I could also drag another element such as 'Category' in beside the 'As Selected' and then the categories that advertiser or product belongs to would also be displayed.

TIP: When a selection is made at Dictionary, Media or Period - a plus symbol will appear beside 'As Selected' in the Layout Assets tree. If you click on this plus symbol - it will list the items you have selected. This allows you the option of moving only certain items from within your selection into your report. You will know which item you have dragged into the report as it will appear in bold type in the layout assets tree. e.g.
