The eTAM XTC Template Set-up option under New in the main toolbar allows users to create a specific template for each report type with default selections and/or default report layout that are automatically selected every time a new report is opened.  For example, should a user require the "FTA" media filter option turned on and in addition specific data types and demographics always selected, a user can set-up a template to do so.  A template and the options are not permanent, a user can make changes to their templates as required.

Creating an eTAM Report Template

1. Click on "New>eTAM>eTAM Template Set-up> and select the report type required. For this example  the eTAM Standard report template will be used. The report will open with a water stamp of "Template Set-Up Only" across the page.
2. Apply the options required for example; in the media tab in the Media Filters options deselect every option and ensure the that "FTA" is selected.  This will ensure that once the report template set-up has been saved, every eTAM Standard report will have the Media Filters of "FTA" only selected.
3. Once the template options has been selected and/or the report layout has been built as desired.  Go to the report tab and click on the "Save" Button.
