The File and Asset Manager consists of black slider bars that slide up and down. When selected; reveal Layout for item selection and saved reports/selections at each of the user levels.
To move or 'slide' between these bars - simply click on the button option you wish to use. The slider bar will "slide" up or down as required and the text of the level will be orange indicating the this is the active level. Everything listed below will relates to that level and that selection tab you are currently in e.g. if your in the Report Tab - you will see saved reports and report files only, in the Media tab - you will see saved media selections and media groups only.
Layout Assets
The Layout Assets is the report design tool and will only become visible when you have a report open. Each Selection Tabs is represented as Layout Asset headers, with each breakout levels available as report attributes.
Under Media, Period and Programs, there is an "As Selected" option which displays the selection as you have selected the item in the tab as shown below:

Supplier
For reports and saved selections from the Software supplier. Only the supplier will be able to make changes to this level, all users can access items within the Supplier level and make changes to them. However when saved, the files will be saved at the ‘User’ level.
Site
Users with Site level credentials can save report templates at the site level. A site level user can also create work groups which enable teams to work and save all files in the one designated area. Work group set-up is created via the Fusion System Manager.
User
For reports and saved selections you save. Users have full control over this area. Anyone can use one of your saved reports or saved selections however other users cannot modify or make changes to your selections without saving the file into their own ‘User’ profile.
Other Users
Lists all the other users, their reports and saved selections that access the same Fusion install. All users can access items within the Other Users.
Search Box
The slider bar search tool allows users to search for items within that level of the slider bar.
