Time Shifted Dayparts to specify user defined Event (Sydney Base) enables users to create time bands across markets which adjust the different time zones to the Sydney base time.

To apply time shift dayparts to your report a day part must be selected. 

1. Go the Day Part Tab.
2. Make a day part selection, for example 0600 - 2359
3. On the Sub Options tool bar, click on the drop down arrow next to "Use Time Shifted Dayparts to specify User Defined Event (Sydney Base):" and select "ON".
4. When this option is “ON” any day part selected will be displayed as “Custom Program Range”. 
5. Build a report which has time and/or day part applied to the report.

 Note:  Placing "program" in report tab will automatically produce results as per OzTAM's Gold standard.

 In the example below a custom program range of 1800 – 2329 has been added; this will give you an Average audience for Metro Five Cap of 39182. This result takes into account that Adelaide is 30 minutes (1730 – 2329) behind and Perth is two hours behind (1600 – 2159).
